Transformers the movie.

There hasn't been a cartoon or comic to movie that I have been excited about yet. I saw the trailer a while back when I bought the original movie for my little one. He loved it, BTW. I cannot wait to see this movie as I was always a fan as a child. More than meets the eye!
 
Michael Bay's movies usually don't agree with me, but the man knows how to shoot a car-chase (see The Rock, Bad Boys II, and The Island...) And since the Transformers are inherently CARS I expect some crazy action in this one.

Plus the source material is so cool, this one is going to be hard to screw up.
 
I took my little brother to see the cartoon movie years ago. Between collecting the comic books and watching the tv show with him, it's a must for me. I'll have to take the little 31 y/o out to the movies again. I'll make him buy this time.

+1. Transformers is probably my favorite cartoon of all time. I LOVED that show when I was a kid. I had every transformer toy that I could beg out of my parents. :D
For me, this movie is going to be HUGE... one of biggest movies that I have waited on ever. I mean the animated movie for 1986.. I have the DVD. I love that shit. I am just not thinking about it, so as to try not to over-hype in my head and be disappointed if it's any less than perfect. That's kinda what happened with Talladega nights: The ballad of Ricky Bobby.... that movie hurt me.

I don't know about you, but that is the perfect movie of all time. A few random quotes from one of my favorite movies:

"One of you turds is about to get smacked in the mouth!" "I'm all jacked up on Mountain Dew" "Did that blow your mind?!?! That JUST happened!" :cool:

The graphics from Transformers should be great even if the story sucks.

I’m right there with you man. Cant wait to see this, it looks good. Anyone can do a action movie like die hard or a stupid kids comedy because there safety movies, but something like this really is pioneering into new territory so I’m game for seeing something new.
