I recently bought a 32 count otterbox....it seems by the indentations in the foam that you can only fit 32 Lanceros in there though. It has 5 seperate indented foam pieces to snugly hold your cigars in place and does have a screw out ventilation hole by the handle. Very well made IMO.

Where did you find a 15+ otterbox? On their website the highest they go is 15.

On that same link above, I would recommend the colibri transpak if you are traveling by air. Has worked great for me on my recent trips. Nice to be able to bring a lighter along.
