EMO'S_GRRL,

How did you fare? Hope all is well with everyone down in Miami and the surrounding areas. I watched all the utility trucks leaving Orlando today. Watching all those red trucks in a convoy was awesome and reminds me of last year watching all of them coming in for us. It's great to see everyone come together like that.

The manufacturer of our equipment is down there, said it's worst he's ever been hit since he move there over 15 years ago - 1.2 million without power as of this morning.

My brother is down in Miami working the MTV VMA's, gotta call him later - he must be so happy (he was stranded in Manhattan during both 9-11 and the blackout when he worked at MTV)

Worst hes ever seen in fifteen years! Wow compared to Hurricane Andrew I would say Katrina was a kitten. Even then any hurricane is never fun to go through.

Not worst seen, but worst he's been hit - he's in Ompa-Lompa (or however the heck it's spelled :p ). Only his phone lines were working this afternoon. His factory/warehouse managed to be missed by just about everything last year, and he's never really had any problems except for the shipping trucks not making it through to him when there's a biggie anywhere nearby (he's not expecting to be able to see any trucks for the next week to 10 days).
