Trouble Posting Pictures

I'm trying to post a picture in the humidor forum and having trouble. I uploaded it to an album, but when I put in the URL i get this message:

"You are not allowed to use that image extension on this board. A valid format is: http://www.domain.com/picture.gif, an invalid format is: http://www.domain.com/picture.one.gif"

Am I using the wrong URL?

You are using the wrong URL. If you look at the error url you'll see /picture(period)one(period)gif. You can't have 2 periods in the URL.
