Just got my first delivery from Famous today. The box looked liked someone had mistaken it for a soccer ball, and it had "DELIVERED IT BAD CONDITION" stamped all over. I decided to open the box (against the postman's advice) and the cigars were very well packed, and not damaged in the slightest.

I'm happy with my experience, and definitely so with the prices, I just wish they wouldn't play soccer with my box.
