Yeah, this was my third and best attempt in the last 3 weeks and I'm convinced I'm definitely on to something :laugh:
I used your basic rub recipe listed, and tried making 3 different sauces I found online and they came out wonderful.

Yeah....it's been a little warmer the last couple days. About 60ºish so it wasn't too bad out.
