No, not really two nights in a row. The Penn State/Florida State game was just a matter of who play the least shitty. I mean, 4 missed field goals? Come on.
The game tonight was a great game about who could play that tiny bit better. Texas did it, and deserves the championship.

I don't think you could've asked for a better game for the championship. If there were no BCS, USC and Texas wouldn't have played each other. Texas would have beat somebody in their bowl and USC would have beat PSU in the Rose Bowl. This would have led to yet another split and/or controversial championship.
