Very tight draw ISOMS

I have had very few (less than a handful) of "plugged" cigars: meaning, a piece of tobacco was improperly placed and cut off all draw on a cigar. I have had very few cigar so tight that they were not smokable. Call me lucky, but I can only speak of my experience.

I keep my humidor at a steady 63% and @ room temp. I rarely have any problems. Too be honest, I can't remember the last "plugged/tight" cigar I had.

This includes some truly great cigars from the dreaded years of 1999,2000, and early 2001.

I should add that burn issues, namely the notorious flame proof wrappers of that era have been a problem from time to time. My understanding is that the reason for poorly burning cigars from those years, meaning they are very hard to keep lit, is related to a ligero shortage at the time. I was told this by some VERY experienced cigar smokers who know 'der chit.
