VOIP Suggestions

Looking for information on what’s out there for a VOIP for my home. I have been using "Magic Drop" or as Set-N-Stone says, "Magic Jackass".
 
At first, it was great. Then, it starts to drop calls after 5-10 minutes. Any suggests other than burning, shooting, foot stomping what I currently have would be helpful.
