Btw he is one of my favorite ACTORS. He is not a politician and I hope he has no plans to be. I'm just saying that just because Reagan did it doesn't mean any actor can.

I live in Florida...Billy Jeb-Bob Bush doesn't stand a snowball's chance in hell of ever being elected President...and I even voted for him for Governor twice..but then, given the caliber of the candidates the Dems keep trying to jam down our throats they sorta force you to vote Republican where you want to, or not, just out of a sense of self-preservation...lesse...here's a few names I pickked up on the web as hopefuls for 2008...Republicans; Condolezza Rice, John McCain, Rudy Guiliani...Democrats; Hillary Clinton...it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize the Democrats are hopelessly out of touch...and last time around they gave us a choice of Howard Dean or John Kerry? Puhleeze, Democrats, find a few middle-of -the-roaders in your party and put them up...show that you have something to offer to those that are not total left-wing lunatic liberals...

Gun-totin'? Well I have one for home defense but gun-totin'? Nope...
Anti-evolution? Nope...believe in it wholeheatedly..
Abortion Bomber? Nope...believe in a woman's right to choose...

You did understand the reference to "middle-of-the-roaders?" I am neither liberal nor conservative...logic and justice and common sense are more important...I tend to vote for whoever will cause us the least damage given the quality of the candidates we've had to suffer through lately...there are a number of fantastic political tests on the web that will help you define what you are by answering a number of questions...one of the best I ever saw was done by a Brit Psych professor and a Brit journalist...look for it...try it...you might be surprised where you fall..but regardless, on all scales, I fall exactly in the middle...perhaps all it takes is common sense as to what's right and what's wrong and I don't understand why niether of these political parties can understand that...
