Yes it did go away...........not good hope everything is ok Todd. 
It went down around 1:25 PM PDT. I could have rebooted the server and brought it back up, however instead I decided to leave it down and have a sr. database admin look at it, as I want to get this resolved once and for all. We discovered a few more things this time, made some tweaks, and we'll see how it goes. If it continues to be a problem, we'll have to move to another data center / new server.
