Seems they have more trouble than expected.. And from What is talked about on another group, Police aret the enforcers, the HEALTH DEPT. is.. How they going to give you a ticket?.. READ and REMEMBER this so if needed in your area, you can reflect on the Wisdom!

We've had smoking bans in bars and restaurants just recently enforced here in Toronto, Canada and I've just TAKEN UP smoking this year. So it really hasn't affected me.

While I understand (definately do not approve of...) the idea of the bans, what I can't comprehend is how they can be so all-inclusive as to include cigar specific bars and lounges. It's pretty angering to think that some good guys are going to lose their buisnesses due to this un-American, unconstitutional and anti-capitalistic trend of nanny stating. Sad. :angry2:
