Welcome Back Investandprosper!

Thanks Santa! Seems I stayed away a bit too long, I’m missing some old familiar faces, some like a punch to the gut. It’s good to be back, there are a lot of folks who carried the torch well from what I call the old days.

I went from a Vinotemp wineador in 2013 to a desktop humi I treat as sacred these days, so suffice to say I’m not picky in the slightest. I’m looking forward to getting back to how things were.

In my absence I picked up a pipe, some blends are reminiscent of cigars and it hits the itch when there isn’t time for a cigar. If you happen upon a tin of Cornell and Diehl Bayou Morning, it would be a treat.

On the cigar front, Padron and Tatuaje seem to fit my palette. ISOMs have gotten so incredibly inflated that I would implore you to hang onto any of those. Gone are the days of affordable cigars from the island. But anything would be very graciously accepted.

Thanks Santa, and a very Merry Christmas to you and yours!

Good to see Investandpropser back. He was my kid some years ago. It was a great experience shopping for pipe tobacco. I learned a lot.

Hey there @Cparker! Pipes have their virtues, I like that I'll be able to build memories with them and hand them down to the kids. Pipe tobacco sure is cheaper than cigars, let me tell you. Some blends do scratch that cigar itch, too, like Cornell & Diehl Old Joe Krantz. If I haven't had a pipe/cigar for a few days and then fire up a bowl of that, it gives all the cigar feels.
