We're closer to becoming a nation of weenies

I'm sure after the judge asking: 'Why did you renew your lease?' The whole case will be chucked out the window with a chorus of derisive laughter.
 
Sometimes I really really hate other members of my profession...access to the Courts is a right but it shouldn't be abused like this. :angry:
 
Those people are ridiculous. They are the type of people, that if I knew them personally, I would first smack them upside the head for doing something so stupid and second, not bother with them in my life ever again. It has nothing to do with cigars or smoking...its just the frivoulousness (if thats a word) of the whole thing. Gas masks for the smell? Please. Even if there wasn't a lawsuit pending it is still ridiculous.

Its like if I want to go out for a quiet dinner, and I go to a place that has a band every day of the week.....theres an expectation that its NOT going to be quiet, right?
 
Why is it that so many people forget that this country was founded off tabacco. It as American as apple pie and baseball. Damb communist want to take our rights away. Like everything else. It starts small and just chips away. This reminds me of Escape from LA, with Snake Pliscon where smoke is illegal, red meat is illegal, etc. Where will it end?
