I'm in California near Fresno! FRESNO STATE BULLDOGS

Where are fellow West Coasters?
 
I'm in Washington State stuck on Whidbey Island. I got on a State Ferry for a 3 hour tour and I've been here ever since!

I am in the heart of Sonoma County, an hour North of San Francisco.

I know we have a few other BOTL within the Bay area....
 
Ah CRAP cohiba, I wished you'd told me earlier about Fresno State, I picked UCLA in the Silicon Valley Bowl in the "All Habano College Football Pool" I was in at CW.

We had to pick all the bowl games between Christmas and the Sugar Bowl. Out of eight people, guess what place I finished?








































EIGHTH :( If I would have REVERSED EVERY pick, I woulda finished first. That's what I'll do next year :D

Sorry for the thread jack, I live about as far away from the west coast as possible in Connecticut. I'm the second most EASTERLY person in CigarPass in the continental US, roseysman is in New Hampshire BUT we got Azon and Swe-Mike in Sweeden! :D

Ohhh Matt! That reminds me! When in July this year? I'm taking a vacation so I can come down this year! :D

Now for the rest of you California doods ( or anyone that can make it to Cali!)! How about the 15th of Feb. We try and get a herf set up? It's presidents Day Weekend ! :thumbs:

Well I'd have it here, but my little town doesn't even have a cigar shop! But some of you northern Cal guys might have a venue that would surfice huh? Have cigars, will travel! :)

Come on and shout out a few ideas!
 
Would renting a hall or something like that work? Is it possible to get a place like that in california that will let you smoke inside?
 
Ohh yeah. But in all honesty Phil ... they'll only probablybe 5-6 guys that will show to be honest. And that's on the plus side. I haven't seen to many responses. I'm willing anyway! :D

OK gotcha, we will set something up. Even if it is a small humble herf.
 
The only thing I can think of, is wait until the weather gets better, and have a campout, I know lots of good places, plus I am working with Fino Wino over at CW to get a herf going with this exact idea in mind, we where thinking of late April early May, and we might be able to use his property up in Mendocino county. It would most likely be 20 or so people going. I will keep all informed about this. The only other option I can see for having a herf around that time, is everybody pitching in and getting a house in Tahoe and herfing up there for the weekend, the total cost per person, if we get 5 people should be less than 65 dollars each.
