Well I was smoking a Ashton VSG Corona Gorda, one of my favorite VSG's and I got this bad Tar buildup at the tip. What causes this? I wasnt smoking it fast either, it has happened once before with a fake cohiba, that sour tar taste really does suck
I read on CA that the way you cut a cigar can increase or decrease the concentration of flavor towards the end. A narrow opening at the head of the cigar, caused by a punch or wedge cut, acts as a collecting point for the tar and moisture.
