What Do You Use to Play Your iPod/iPhone?

I want to buy a docking speaker thing to play my iPod. I already have it hooked up to my whole house system and I have a portable one for when I travel...but I'm thinking clock radio, maybe with FM, table top, two speakers, nice sound. My two brothers have Bose...one has the Acoustic Wave and the other one has the Wave , which are nice, but pricey. I want to keep it under $150 if I can. Plus, whatever I buy, I have to buy two as one will be a gift.

What do you guys have out there and what do you think about it? Clarity, Bass, ease of use, build quality, etc.

I had a Cambridge SoundsWorks radio that sounds 10 times better than a Bose Wavey thingy for a fraction of the cost. It has a built in powered subwoofer that just amazed me especially for the cost of the little thing.
