What happened to the "members" toggle?

Where is the "members" toggle? It used to be on the top, right of the page but now it's gone.

There used to be a toggle that said "Members" in between "View New Posts" and "My assistant". It's not there anymore.

Now that I think about it, I can't find Search either. I found the new Search for a word, but the old search allowed you to specify which Forum, date and such. Is it just me? ???
