Just curious, what do most of the other CP'ers use to catch up on the news online? I used to be strictly MSNBC, because it had decent local coverage added to the national news, but now I am pretty much a CNN guy. What do others use?

Strictly Fox News, to me it is the only outlet on TV that is anywhere close to unbiased reporting of the news.

I'm not gonna get into who is skewed how, but I always check many sources because none are truly independent.

CNN
Washington Post
FOXNEWS
NY Times
BBC

NY1, Post, Daily News for local stuff

Ed - Almost forgot. Drudgereport!

Can't say I agree with that assessment, but after CNN and MSNBC, I check Fox.

It's rather amusing really. As of this morning. MSNBC still shows Bush with Ohio and 269. CNN shows Bush without Ohio but with Nevada and 254. This, despite 100% of the precincts having reported in. Only absentee ballots remain.

CNN - Bush 254 / Kerry 252
MSNBC - Bush 269 / Kerry 238
Fox - Bush 269 / Kerry 242

Ahh... news media. Great stuff, isn't it? Kind of reminds me of that Budweiser commercial where the referee is talking about yardage. He holds his hands close together - "drama." He holds his hands far apart - "channel change."

CNN - drama
MSNBC - channel change.

I like the drudgereport.com for quick skimming of breaking news and usually I will rely on foxnews.com to get the in-depth information.
