I agree! I often make pizza on Friday evenings and follow up with a good cigar. However, I tend to choose Don Pepin varieties since they can cut through the spices left on my palate. Last night I had a Regios after a couple slices; both were great! :thumbs:

Damn, Vincent!!! You know how to drop the bomb. Maybe some of the NYC guys (and AVB) should hop the Metro North up to New Haven and taste what pizza is really all about :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
