$18K if only the bathroom and garage ceiling.
$30K if just kitchen floor is effected along with other
$60K if both bathroom and kitchen have to be gutted down to studs in the bathroom on one wall in the kitchen and and joists in both rooms Includes all new floor, cabs and counters in the kitchen and all new tiled walls and floor in bathroom.
This was just one 3/8" line that may have leaking for a week before I saw it dripping in the garage.
