Im am very annoyed.

everytime i try to track on the usps site.. it times out ..

well i tried once again and all 4 packages I am trying to track have no info available. WTH!! some packages were from last week..

Whats the point in tracking something if you cant track it.. I will probably get the package befor I am even able to track it.

Never had this problem with UPS.

UPS always shows the priginal scan.. etc etc..

Why is USPS the preferred choice for shipping?

UGHH!!

I dunno about the site timing out but you guys keep forgetting the USPS system is NOT a "tracking" system like UPS or FedEx, it is a Delivery Confirmation system.

Those packages are only required to be scanned when they are delivered. If you get lucky enough to have them scanned when you drop them off at the post office that's great but it's not required.

USPS is the prefered choice for shipping 'cause it's cheaper and faster for small packages like fivers of cigars.

UPS rates start becoming competitive when the box weighs over 8 pounds BUT UPS ground takes longer than USPS Priority especially for long distances.

USPS is also a helluva lot more convenient for the average person. I can do a preprinted label on line with free DC and just put the package in my mailbox. With UPS or FedEx, I have to find one of their drop off points or a shipping office.

You gotta be kidding me? I mean does it REALLY take ALL freakin day (4:19 p.m. is awfully late in the day :0 ) to deliver the mail in that little podunk town? I mean c'mon, how many total addresses are there, what about fifteen in the whole town?

Wait, it gets even better, Scott uses a POST OFFICE BOX  How many total post office boxes are there in Sutton, what maybe ten? :D Musta been a rough day in the back room of the Sutton PO today

LOL-This is the best post you've ever had in regards to busting my chops.  Actually, everyone has a post office box, they don't deliver to places with a physical address, which really sucks. They are a bunch of yahoos, but they are yahoos who pay my salary. :p  :p
