What to do with junk cigars

We ship twice a month to the Marines on the front lines and Several other boxes "smoke bombs only (cigars) " to other support units.

My issue, that I have had in the past was, with sending Doggies to the troops. I believe our guys/gals over there deserve better than getting the crap that even I won't smoke.

But like others have mentioned, one man's rockets are another man's good fortune. Guess I toss in a load of yard gars along with the better stuff in the next troop box I send out.
