What to smoke?

Hi, basically I am new here, been smoking for a bout a year. Right now I am smoking pretty much anything I can get my hands on. I like Partagas Blacks and really enjoyed a Monte Media Noche, however, most of the shops around me want 7-10 dollars a stick. I don't mind paying the money, but don't want to end up wasting my money. So any suggestions would be helpful.

Well, this is sort of an intro post. Welcome to CP.

It has been a long time since I smoked either of those two cigars, so I really don't have any suggestions. Perhaps a tad more info as to When/where/how often and why you smoke would make it easier for some of the guys here to make reccomendations. For the most part, taste is subjective, but listing some of the smokes you liked will allow others to reccomend something similar.

If you have storage capabilities, buying five packs or boxes online is certianly the less expensive route.

Okay, here is a suggestion. Post an introduction so we can get to know you, and then start reading. The best place to start would be the review section. After you've browsed through that, you can ask specific questions you have about alternative cigars. Also check the buy/sell/trade section for reasonable deals so you can try other cigars. Specifically maybe check the newbie trade sampler thread.
