A bomb is when somebody sends you cigars for no reason. You didn't ask for them or earn them or were owed them , but somebody sent them to you as a "welcome", a "hi", or just because they feel like it. Welcome to CP, heres some cigars... that easy.
Now as to the name and address, its a way to see who you are as some people have been banned from here or are "scumbags" known to many cigar boards for bad deals, habits and being a-holes.
Its not that hard to comply, sorry you couldn't take the hints. No offense but that the way it goes.
