There's an Aldi grocery store near my office, it's like an outlet store for food. I've started shopping there more often, and yesterday afternoon I went in search of something for dinner. I found a butterflied boneless leg of lamb, a couple bottles of Italian wine, veggies, and goat cheese. About 30 mins on the grill to cook the lamb and zucchini and my $60 Aldi meal was ready. (Plus some olive oil and balsamic vinegar we brought back from Italy last year.)

It was a perfect evening for dinner on the deck with my bride!

Aldi is my favorite grocery store. Not a huge selection, but makes it easy to get in and out!

Chicken crack sandwich on the blackstone.

Grilled and diced chicken, grilled and diced bacon, grilled and diced jalapenos, diced banana peppers, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella, and a packet of ranch dressing. Duke's Mayonnaise and havarti and pepper jack cheese on the Italian bread.

Holy shit! This will make you take back stuff you never stole.

Here is where I got the recipe from, I don't think the family will be disappointed. I added some diced banana peppers.
