I've recently become enamored with Ethiopian Harrar coffee. Local cafe called "Runcible Spoon" roasts beans daily in house and this is one of their usual offerings. They've also turned me on to medium-roast blends, as they offer several, including the Harrar.
Hopefully when I move to Chicago in the fall for my new job, I can get an apartment with an actual exhaust fan in the kitchen (unlike the crappy 1920's building I currently reside in) and start roasting my own. Yirgacheffe and real Yemeni Moka are next on my "to try" list.
