Last night at Schlesinger's Cigar Bar / Hudson Valley Cigars, I picked up one of the Rubosto size of the Opus X 3 pack tin which happened to be last one they had in stock. Here is one that I found on ebay:

I'll put these babies away for a few years of aging and pull them out in a good 5 to 10 years from now to see how they aged with time....... :thumbs:

Just a FYI Charlie, the tins are regular production OpusX, no different than any normal blend. But aging in the tin may affect the aged stick... (not sure how though)

They guy even uses a quarter for size reference!!!!

It's too easy to spend alot of $$$ fast on Opus, even with a 2 stick limit!

I went to my B&M to see if they had Opus in yet, and to console myself after the disappointment I bought the rest of the box of VSG corona gordas that I took three from the other day. Now have 23. Now I just have to decide whether I'd rather have the box or sorcerers as well, or the two boxes of Padron 3k maddies (25 ct.) I noticed in the walk-in...I'm leaning toward the 3ks...

AF Chateau - Dbl Chateau Fuente
Fonseca Vintage - Robusto

Al did not have the Fonseca, so he replaced it with a cigar he felt was very similar, just can not remember the name.
Dealing with Al and Stefan has been super.
