Where can I find official prices for Cuba?

I remember seeing an order form for LCDH that had their official prices on there. Does anybody know what that is?

OR... just a general listing of prices from the island.

Here's a partial list from the first couple of months of 2003. Take all the prices and bump them up about 10-15% and you'll be close to what the current prices are. There may be another increase again in the near future.
