I have always taken pride(even to the point of being anal) about shipping my cigars in a trade. How do some of you ship cigars in a plastic baggie, with each cigar sealed individually, also being some-what air tight. It looks soo nice rather than my shipping methods(good, but not pretty). I 'm sure it's something easy like buying a plastic sealer at the hardware store?

A lot of people here use what are called 5-finger bags, which are bags with lines melted into them to allow the cigars to remain separated. I use those when I have them or normal baggies and tape the cigars up tight so they don't shift around a lot and then wrap them in bubble wrap.

Or you can buy a Eurosealer and make your own 5-finger bags. It apparently takes a little practice, but does the job once you get it down.

Cigars go in five-finger or individual bags.

Those go in another, larger bag. Depending on the time of year I often throw a humidification device in there (water pillow, etc.)

Wrap in bubble wrap just snug enough so that they won't move around in the box.

Never had an issue......B.B.S.
