Which ashtray should I get

I picked the Stinky personally simply for the amount of space. For looks definitely the Padron. If you like RYJ's there is a deal now at CI.

I have it with the stand and use it daily, it is much better looking than the pictures.

I vote for the Stinky as it is more practical than the Padron. I second the vote for the stand, it turns heads, we keep one on display and it gets a lot of attention.
