Whiskey Stones Deal

This is from one of those 'One Day/Super Cheap Deal' sites for a set of 9 whiskey stones for 10 bucks...and that includes shipping. I've had mine for about two years and frankly, that's all they're worth. I do like them because I like my scotch cooled, not cold and watered down...and these do just that, two of them in a glass will cool off a room temperature 2-3 fingers of scotch or bourbon. 
 
For $10.00 it's definitely worth it.

My youngest son bought me a set for Christmas along with a large suit-cased bottle of JW Blue. The stones are okay, but I wouldn't use them in an expensive crystal glass. Surprise, surprise, surprise. :0

I've had mine for a while....they seem OK.  I'm not convinced that putting the glass in the freezer for an hour doesn't do just as much good....??
