We're not in the direct path, living on the gulf coast. We dodged Charley.

But if this sucker turns west across the state,we could be in for some $hit.

Add me to the list as well. Living in Central Florida between Orlando and Daytona, we get hit with $hit from both coasts. I'm gettin' our needed hurricane supplies together now and all we can do when it hits is pray..... :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:

-Took one hell of a two hour nap
-Will be starting to smoke a lot of great cigars and relaxing in the back yard.

-Hit the cigar shop with some plastic
-See if my favorite cigar bar waittress is working at Libations Too.

Vegas baby, Vegas!

Actually, I'm in Vegas now but I'll be heading to SF tomorrow and then back home Sunday, so really I'm spending Labor Day at home. I need a vacation to recover from my vacation.

It's been a loooooong week at work and I'm looking forward to the Labor Day weekend! I've already had my first stick... enjoyed a Rafael Gonzalez Petit Corona while my daughter had her ukulele lessons. I think I'll torch another cigar later tonight and looking forward to herfing a few sticks tomorrow, Sunday and Monday!!!!

I played Paiute several years ago, just as they were completing the club house. The courses are wonderful, great views. And to make matters worse, as if 7000 yards isn't enough the day we played the wind was howling pretty good. It was a tough fight.

What are some of the other courses you like to play in LV? Have you ever gone over to death valley and played there? That was a pretty good experience although the course is old about 1925 or so, it was in good shape but flat and without all the tricks of new courses. It is about 200 ft below sea level.
