Who the heck prank calls people at 3:30 in the morning?

It's usually telemarketers with auto pick up sensing. It's take s a bit for the recording to start.

All of our lines are also set not to allow blocked or private calls so they need to unblock their line (*82) before callings.

I beleive all telephone companies allow for this.

May not put the end to the callers, but you will know who they are......

anyhow, i block private numbers, but it was from a skype caller, so it was one of thos 000-012-3456 numbers.

now im up awake watching swingers and smoking a cigar. F****** insomnia.

I know what you mean about the insomnia. It's 7:30am, the sun is up... and so am I, still.

I never get prank called, just sometimes drunk dialed.

I get the impression that "anytime" Frank calls someone, it turns into an "odd" hour.
