Ribs, Picnic, and roast that is :love:

Fired up the new Brinkmann Gourmet Electric smoker today. Picnic on Bottom with a small pork roast to keep it company and two racks of ribs on top. :thumbs:


Oh Ya ... Some turkey jerky and beef jerky in the dehydrator too.
 
Baby backs have been in the Bradley smoker for 3 hours now. Had a 5 Vegas Gold while I was shoveling the deck and finished it off watching a few visitors at the bird feeder.

Oh...and Wurm...it was 15°F. That's -9°C to you. :p
 
About to meet a friend from Ohio down here in AZ to watch some football and enjoy a few smokes. It will be a great day, that's for sure...

I think im goin down to the shop to smoke around 5...wont be dippin into "THE" cabinet, but i woke up late and have been lazy all day...Rod, give that Anejo a puff for me to please!

Yeah i watched a travesty (sp??) already...Auburn SUCKS! All i can hope for is that the Irish pull it out on Wednesday and Florida does the same a week from now!!

Just torched a RASCC and Monty D LE 2005....Now, I am about to sit down to some Ribs, Mac n cheese, Corn bread, rice, Roast beef, Collard greens..Desert---Key Lime pie and Oreo Cream pie.... Tonite I will fire up a Casa Fuente Corona Gorda and maybe Davidoff Special C from 2005...Life is good!!!!

Just watched a great game (WV vs. Gtech) and now am enjoying a Don Pepin BL robusto before I move into the kitchen and make my traditional New Year's day pizza. What a relaxing and fun day to just lounge and watch some great football! :)
 
I had my first ever Anejo, #50. It was good, and I'm hoping the rest that I have will only get better with age. I watch some football at a bar called Bourbon, it has almost every bourbon that AVB has reviewed. Wonderful place to enjoy a smoke and good whiskey. Unfortunitly today is the last day to enjoy that combination as the Ban starts tomorrow. :angry:

Ribs were a little too smokey for me. Need to head to the wood pile and use something else next time. Picnic is still smoking.

I should have known better. I used Mesquite.
