This is mine. Wine on one side, cigars on the other. I set the thermostat at 64 and have a pound of 70% beads in the bottom. The sensor is against the back wall already and barely kicks on the colling unit. the fan does kick on fairly often to circulate the air.
Got it at Home Depot for $699. The shelves are not ideal for boxes or bags, but some minor customization and you're good.
Mine is catty-corner (sp?) with both walls of the corner being exterior walls, upstairs no less. Windows are 3+ feet away with shades and curtains. Room never rises above 75 due to our house AC settings.
Sticks are always around 67%.
It was a good compromise.
