Damn thats a nice set up. It's a great feeling to figure things like that out, especially when they are cheap to do. As far as the floor, might want to look into some of those interlocking rubbermats. Just a suggestion.

Hmm, sounds like an idea. I'll have to check price on them out at Lowe's for a 10'x12' area.

I don't know if you have a Sam's Club in your area, but I got them there for my basement a while back. If I recall, they were a bit cheaper then Lowes.
