Hoorah!!!! I just left the CAD lab at 6:15 AM and and done with my 2 term projects!!! One of them still needs to be presented in front of a panel of professors but that's no big deal.

I'm so excited, HUGE weight off my shoulders. I'm going to sleep now, with a semi-clear mind. I'm proud, I actually have my project done over 24 hours before it needs to be presented!!

The project was a master plan for 250,000 Acres on the edge of Las Vegas...

I can show some of it later if anyone's interested.

I should be back on here a little more now that I'm done and things are starting to calm down. As some of you late night chat folks know, I've had a ton of crap in my life right now, and it seems to be getting better. Thanks again for all the kind words. (Still need to talk to my boss about the truck accident tomorrow....).

Goodnight(morning) friends!!!!

Congrats!
I run a CADD department. :0 But in Aerospace.
Which software are you using?
At home, I love to do landscaping, placing plants, figuring out where, how many, shapes, it's all very fulfilling.

Congrats to you and all your hard work. I am glad to hear it will soon pay off. :)

*edit posting b4 coffee != good grammar

Congrats. Get some sleep and then get back on the horse again for the second round.

Congratulations and good luck. Knock'em dead!

I'm just using AutoCAD 2008 and 2007.

Things went fine today at work with the accident I had over the weekend, so that was good.

Gotta go type a paper, I'm gonna smoke tonight for the first time in 2 weeks! Exciting!

K bye!!

Sweet!!! Congrats!!!

Congrats Dr. :D

I took my final exam on Autocad Release 10 in 1987, high school though. Our school only had 1 license back then and the teacher was just a drafting teacher. He didn't know nothing. He gave us the book and said "Learn this and draw me something for your final".

I've stuck with it ever since and in looking back now it's amazing how much more powerful it is today. You gotta be pretty slick to make it sing now. It's pretty much the staple in most industries now.

Good luck on your next ventures

Yah, i've seen it back when I was in elementary school, and that stuff was way different.

Also, my dad is a mechanical engineer, and I remember visiting him at work and he'd be hand drafting stuff. Now he's using solidworks, crazy 15 yearss can bring.

I just finished this semester as well. Oddly enough, I think I ended up smoking more but in shorter spurts.

Damn you Oliva Serie O in the tins...

Done! Finished the presentation, went well.

Time for some dinner, a haircut, and a cigar. Only one of those three will be a "quality" item haha.

(dining hall...supercuts...celebratory cigar)

Congrats bro. I have my last final tomorrow at 3:10 and I am having at least one celebratory cigar. They never tell you Jr year is going to be hell when you sign up for college....I wonder why? LOL!

Smoked an AVO 80th last night, was pretty damn good. Just sat at the apartment alone on the porch smoking. Relaxing.

Felt good to be able to have my own place and smoke there. Gotta get my smokin buddies to come over later this week and smoke something nice with me to breakin the porch
