Xikar rocks!

I had the Xikar Trezo triple flame lighter (gold) for a few months and it decided to poop out on me. So I sent it back to them, a week later I get a Brand New Xikar Trezo in the mail.
My hats off to Xikar, you guys have amazing customer service!! I am a customer for life!

They are great.

I had a cutter that needed sharpening and one of the pieces was loose. Sent it back and they sent me either a new one or they made mine good as new. Couldn't tell

Although honestly I prefer the cut of my Palio

I sent my beechwood Xi3 in, (the wood pices had come unglued), 9 days later I get a brand new one. Best customer service on the planet!
