Yep sounds like a psyco Gf to me too but still some serious screwed up shit wither way, I'm glad that nothing of real value was taken but I just can't get past the bank account or any other personal info that might have been picked up also.

Sounds too hardcore to be a prank, but you never know with kids. Did someone mention this was a dormitory setting? Anything goes in those environments, but it still seems a bit hardcore even then.

It's more likely the thieves took something not immediately noticeable as missing.... and then "impulse" stole the condoms on the way out. Kinda like how one purchases bubble gum at the checking stands 'cause they see it in front of them and suddenly decide they need bubble gum.
