Looks like standard Asia to me. Seoul, Manil, Saigon or Tokyo - only the ratio of 4 wheel and 2 wheel vehicle changes, the inasanity never stops.

Looks to me like they were getting along pretty well, considering that LA almost shut itself down without traffic lights for a couple of hours.

Pretty much agree but if they were in Europe they could have been Italians. Rome is one of the few places I was scared to drive. :0

I rode in a cab in Jamaica and that was enough for me. They literally tailgated up to about 1 foot from the other car. Horns were honking and hands were waving everywhere. ???
 
That reminds me of the scene below from atop the Arc D'Triomphe

sure the spelling is wrong on that one.
 
looks like pretty controlled chaos to me

stop lights would prolly cause more accidents than it would prevent ???
