I've heard great things about this rum. From my research, many consider Zaya, Zacapa 23, or HC7 to be their personal favorite, barring bottles costing several hundred dollars. I am in love with Zacapa 23, as it goes extremely well with cigars. Recently, I found a single bottle of the old style, Guatemalan Zaya in a wine shop and purchased it. I have yet to try it, as I am reserving it for special occasions, given that it was replaced by the new Trinidadian version.
