Actually, I think the guy said it's a Canadian brew in the Belgian style but, whatever :D It's Don De Dieu 9%alc/vol. It was recommended when I said I liked the Maredsous and Chimay lines. Give it a try if you never have. And now, please Bill, let's get back off topic.... :p

Along these same lines I try to keep my cigars at 65% for smoking and I store my cigars for long-term aging at 70%. I guess I've always felt they burn/smoke/taste better at 65% as opposed to 70% but I've heard it's best to age things at 70% for the long-term desired effect and chemical...

Are you talking about this Verona I know a couple guys who have these. You get a lot of humidor for the money. Personally, when i went this big I had it custom built with 100% solid wood and no MDF or processed wood. I just used coolerdors (which work very well) while I saved the necessary...

A very nice smoking room indeed! I'd suggest using a bigger heater up here, but if it works, it works. You could get one of those wood burning numbers for an icehouse probably pretty cheap right now. I'd just prefer having a fire as opposed to that kerosene smell.

I really enjoy fat tire but wouldn't say I must have it. We can't get it here in MN so it's a nice diversion when I travel or someone brings some back. It's a good ale when you want something light/non-filling for drinkin' more than a couple with a little flavor.
