I work for a Scotch company. I've been in the liquor industry all my adult life. Scotch does not age in the bottle. It may evaporate. It may flake. The proof/alcohol content may change, but it does not age.

The only single malt released to date (August 2006)from the Kininvie Distillery is the Hazelwood 105 Scotch, to commemerate the 105th birthday of the founder's only surviving grand-daughter.
It was given only to company employees.

I had always wanted to make a rib roast. So recently I bought a Prime rib roast, and made a paste coating of rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil. It turned out incredible. I would definitely make it again.
