It's going to be a nice cigar smoking beer drinking weekend. Supposed to be in the mid 80's this weekend.

With all due respect, you can GFYS. Although 30 isn't terrible for high this time of year. Still, it's not 80.

Was 18F at my house this morning. Smoked a Verocu No.5 in 30F last night. Supposed to be up in the 60s the weekend though, but gonna rain. Dagnabbit.

Your head's not nearly as shiny when you are wearing a hat. There are perks to winter for the rest of us.

3 degrees above zero this morning.

This blows. If it wasn't for our family living here we'd be gonzo.

The older I get the fewer reasons I have to enjoy the winter here. I sold the snowmobile a few years ago. Haven't been snowboarding since our first child was born 7 years ago. What else is there? Shoveling? That's a "winter sport" I could do without.

I don't think I even care about the "I'd miss the change of seasons" anymore either. 80 and sunny year round sounds just fine to me.

/feeling sorry for myself.

Back to work.

Yeah this weekend is going to be nice for sure. True we have all the fruits and nuts out here and sometimes it takes us 3 hours to get home from work, but one thing we ain't got is Noreasters!

GOTTA LOVE SOCAL!

Edit to repair damage done to the English language by my fat ass fingers

And that's why I don't talk about the nice weather here. The last thing we all need is MORE traffic and transplants here in L.A.

So yeah, L.A. is a dump! Don't ever move here. Nothing but douches and uggos here! ;)

Highs for the weekend here:

Saturday 10*
Sunday -2*

It's 1* right now and was -8* when I woke up.

You can all sod off as far as I'm concerned. The opposite of Heaven isn't Hades, it's Northern Minnesota.

This weekend high 70's to 80's. I will have to smoke a cigar from the CFCF box and review it. I'm thinking of all you up north when I say you can have -30 F weather. :p

17 here this morning in WV.

Luckily, I have something better than a warm state to live in............................. A wife that lets me smoke inside the house.

I just crank the wood stove up and place a fan in the window next to my smoking chair. Works perfect.

I would like to second Clint's post ;-)

30 here at the moment...

Saturday rain and 60 with a low of 40
Sunday no rain but a nice dose of 40 for the High

That just made my day, Alan. So true, brother.

We're actually heading to Alexandria this weekend for a family Christmas. I bet it will be cold and we'll all be stuck inside with 60 people and crazy kids running around. What fun...

I wonder what Gonz is up to. Maybe I can sneak away from the fam and crash his place.

Presently it's Partly cloudy and windy. Temp. 26F. Winds WNW at 15 to 25 mph. Normal December day around here. What are you wimps going to do when it does get cold? I tell ya, as far as I'm concerned, it's better than 90F with dew points in the 70's.

Doc.

78° and breezy here. Smoked an RyJ Churchie last night :whistling:
I tell you what though, I kinda miss wearing a jacket and running in 40-50° weather.

It was down near single digits last night. It was 17 at Mom's house about 10:30 AM and the sun was out and it had warmed considerably.
