IMHO he's done. This is a simple process.
1.Read the 1st post
2.Reply to the person that's number 1 on the list (now up). If you can't follow 2 simple steps you don't need to be here.

I'd also like to keep the chatter out of this thread as much as possible as it can confuse newer people.
