What are the rules for this? Is it like the cigar SS? 5 cans/bottles? Dollar minimum?

I think there was a dollar minimum. If I remember correctly it follows the beer PIF. A nice selection of brews with typical throw-ins being a glass and smokes. Anything beyond that is super-jolly-happy-bonus-fun time.
