Oh man, I’ve been wanting to do this combo for a while! Perdomo Craft Series- stout paired with a big beer from Licking Creek called Great Commander. It’s an Imperial Stout (13.5%) that’s aged in rum barrels with cocoa, vanilla,cinnamon, cayenne,New Mexico ancho chili,and Serrano peppers.

A decent local interpretation of NEIPA. Not bad, but can’t wait to find time to go to. Aslin Brewery again.

Had two of these and was DONE!! Had no idea they were 13% ABV until I looked at the label when I was about a 1/4 of the way through the second one. ?
