Looking to maybe start smoking a pipe. Can't find the pipes I got from my grandfather. If I can't find them would any of these kits be worth it? Budget is low with my wife losing here job. Also any recommendations on tabacco to start with. Thanks

Honestly, those kits are garbage.
Walgreens still carries corn cob pipes, so maybe look there. They run about $10-15 and worth every nickel.

I can send you some different blends to try out.

I was thinking about getting a corn cob to start. What about this accessory kit? I would assume I need the tool right?

You can try them, if they have any, but don't go in with high expectations.
You might find Prince Albert or something similar.

Yes been looking at that already but going to try and pick one up local.

Cob pipe, cheap tool, some matches, pipe cleaners, and a pouch of whatever pipe tobacco blend you like. That's really all you need. Everything else is just luxury at that point. Your local B&M probably has some tins or pouches of pipe tobacco. One word of advice, in case you've not smoked pipes before, it's not really similar to cigar smoking. It's its own thing. If you're picking up a pipe and expecting it to be like cutting and lighting a cigar you may be disappointed. They are two rather different entities. From the flavors to the techniques, they can be rather dissimilar. Still, it can be very enjoyable. I definitely enjoy the hobby and you can surely blow cash towards it like any other hobby. I enjoy selecting a blend, a pipe, and packing it and lighting it, but it definitely requires more patience, more care, more technique than cigars which we all know are as easy as cutting, lighting, and boom you're going.

Anyway, just my .02 that I found out when I started with pipes.

Further to that, don't expect to be cloaked in smoke.
Pipes produce less smoke.
Imagine this is a meditation session instead of a quick fix.

Sweet!
Grocery stores that sell cigars may have some pouches of Prince Albert, Sir Walter Raleigh, or similar.
Ok i will look. Otherwise I will have to run to the cigar shop near work one day. Just not on my way home.
