Today's Smoke 2020

I will tell you after you smoke it. did you dry box it? Those benefit a lot from dryboxing.

I had it in the box for about three days -- it probably could have used a bit longer. It smoked well and had a sweet, floral taste, along with a deeper, leathery undertone throughout the whole thing. The first half inch or so was absolutely fantastic, then it was sort of one dimensional (but good) for most of the rest. The last inch was really full flavor on the retro. Cold draw was pretty nonexistent, but the wrapper smelled amazing, and it had an incredible oily shine to it.

PLEASE tell me it was a Gurkha

If that was a Gurkha, it was the best looking, most well-constructed Gurkha I've ever seen. I'm not even going to backpedal on that one if Jon says it was some $.99 thing. This was a beautiful looking cigar -- even better in construction than the Kafie maduro, from what I remember.
